Maybe they mean the phone notifications like "Ebay thinks you should
look at these type of items!" which, are super annoying and NEVER
relevant or useful or wanted

of the app is extremely unresponsive to input. If i open the app and

Yes that appears to have fixed it. I will see if it happens again. Odd
because I have definitely restarted my phone since I had seen the issue,
so something is causing it to recur, I believe
I've also been seeing this recently, maybe the last 1-2 versions of the
app. If i go to "contact buyer" it just stalls on a blank page, never
loads, so I can't contact buyers.
