What happened to the first class shipping option on the mobile app? Mine is gone.

Appeal a case

Buyer filed a case for item not received. I uploaded tracking showing in possession of usps. eBay ruled for buyer and refunded the money from my account. Item now shows delivered to buyers address. Having trouble filing appeal. Where do I start?
