This is what I mean. I overpaid $1.30. They tried to refund me it seems
but that failed. The credit failed to hit my account? So how do I get
this money back? Or am I reading this wrong and I don't have a

The shipment was underweight. I weighed it at say 1 pound, USPS said it
was 0.5 pounds resulting in an overpayment of $1.60. So I've got several
of these overpayments that say "credit refund failed".
