I had bid and won a Drone listed as being located in the USA, the box
would be over 25LBs, I received an envelope with the posted tracking # ,
no drone, just an envelope with a thank you card in it.It is marked 1
LB, I filed a "not as described claim...
Yup I figured that not as described would be the wrong action, I just
called the ebay fraud help line, they are going to help through their
process. first asking the seller to put a USA return address . will see
how that goes. Thanks
