Today I accepted an update to my Android eBay app and now this morning and I get on eBay and go to filter there is no ability to filter on category. Does anyone know what happened to that?

Too many items in the last 10 days

I have 2 items in my cart from one seller. Each time I try to pay for the two items, eBay tells me I have purchased too many items from this seller in the last 10 days but I have never purchased from her. Any suggestions?
