eBay restricts the sale of pepper spray and tasers to Massachusetts. The laws changed several years ago that allowed the purchase of these items as long as you are over 18 . This warning is outdated and should be replaced or removed.  

USB Charger Flashed and Blew Up

I just received this item today . I plugged it in, it flashed and blew up in my hand. Lucky I was not injured. The items also have CE markings. I doubt thier validity. I believe they are a fire hazard. This stuff is dangerous and is JUNK! Consumer AL...

When using a browser with eBay I have the option at checkout for:"Request total from seller"the app does not have this.
