FedEx and eBay say delivered when not true

Hi,is the a regular occurence? If I track this package at FedEx’s site it doesn’t say delivered it says arriving Monday. Inside eBay the item shows as delivered already as of at least last night (2/25). Why would eBay think something had been deliver...
