I've had this problem and this is what I was told when I called my local
post office. Packages I hand over to my carrier or to a clerk at the
service desk were always scanned, but packages that I put into the
package chute in the lobby weren't usuall...
I've also had this issue for the last 2 weeks. I've been able to use the
workaround of finding a similar item already listing and clicking the
"have one to sell" button, but if there isn't already a similar listing,
I can't add anything.
