I've been in the Ebay Partner Program for over 4 months and have setup
for payouts to my paypal account. I've earned about $80 but have yet to
receive a deposit from eBay. Is there an eBay support contact for this?
I sick of lame sellers taking advantage of the Ebay system. Why isn't
there a way to filter or sort search result by seller rating. I think
that single feature would straighten out the mess that poor selling
tactics does to our shopping experience.

I agree with a policy requiring shipping from the listed "shipping
location" but I dont object to shipping from multiple locations for the
sake of efficiency... I just want to know that is the case before I
