Have been a top rated seller for years. Logged in today and see my tracking uploaded on time and validated percentage has dropped to 7.02%. Had been over 98%. Can I assume this is a temporary glitch?
Shipped the item same day of purchase, states the item was out for delivery and delivered in/at mailbox. At what point am I no longer responsible for the item? Am I expected to refund the cost?
