Anyone else have non paying buyers lately?

I sold 3 items in one week. 3 buyers didnt pay. Thats 100%. Febuary, I had 300+ dollars in unpaid merchandise. Ebay suspend these peoples accounts! Buisness is shockingly slow and people arent paying.
