I've sold a Book/CD set and attempting to chose media mail as the
shipping option. It says "this category is not eligible for media mail"
I'm not sure what "category" it is referring to and is there a way to
change it so I can send by media rates?
I don’t remember choosing a category when creating the listing. Can you
help me with where that is so I do it correctly next time? TIA for your
help with this!
