why is ebay no longer allowing sellers to ship via 1st class usps for
items that fit in a standard envelope and are way less than 13 ounces ?
usually 1 or 2 ounces in weight

I did a search on 'outdoor welcome mats' and received 2,511 resultsI
then added '-carpet' to decrease the results & I received 3,194 results
EBAY DOES NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT omit MEANS!
why does ebay policy often not permit feedback to be left on items that
take usual long time for overseas shipping ? it is obvious that someone
at ebay who sets the feedback time limit does not have common sense +
does not think!
