How can I split a multiple quantity order into separate shipments

I was selling an item that I had 3 of, and they all need to be shipped in separate boxes. Somebody just bought all 3 of them at once but Ebay gave me a shipping label with all 3 items combined. Is there a way to split that into 3 separate labels?
