How long does one have to wait before ebay will help with a paid item that hasn't been shipped? I bought a dvd from a seller 6 days ago (Feb 14) and paid immediately after the auction ended. There has been no tracking number available, ergo, the item...

Ok, this has happened repeatedly: When I try to list, relist, sell similar, etc. I can't do it; I keep getting a message that says " well, this is embarassing. the quick listing tool is not available right now." Embarassing??? How about frustrating??...
