Why is Ebay relisting my expired listings without my approval? I want control which items I relist. Does anyone know how to correct this issue? Also, don't sign up for the "seller hub", it's very confusing and not very user friendly.

Is there a charge to relist an item and if it doesn't sell will I be charged? And, how many times can I relist if it is free?
