USPS Changing Weight Incorrectly causing higher cost, anyone else have this happen?

I shipped a .04oz item and USPS changed it to over a pound! Resulting in a lost on the item. I send in a request for a review nad never heard back.

Some listings coming up as local pick up , local pick up is not enabled

4x6 label printing now 8x11 !

My ebay labels just started printing on 8 x 11 size. Was printing 4x6 fine. I cannot find how to change it back. Went I got to print bulk or just 1 label there is not a setting option on the printing page like some u-tube people show.
