I asked if eBay is able to retrieve items I bought and were sent to the wrong address and was asked how would they do that . Easy proof shows that I paid for the items ,the seller has proof that i paid and proof that he sent the items to a wrong addr...

Do you think it is fair for ebay to allow a buyer to { steal } keep items that they received by mistake ??
