Yes, I was going to make a post and call it an "annoyance". I've been
seeing this a lot over the past year or so.. There's usually a choice
drop-down menu, and the cheaper (or relevant) option is there with a
"phantom" item that wasn't in the listing...
I think that's the one I had a couple of months ago. I had a seller from
China send a message stating he was using a "new" carrier (unknown
carrier to me, not China mail or HK mail) and that it may take a little
longer. It sure did, it took over 2 mo...
I never sell on eBay, only buy, but I'll take a stab at this. Maybe,
since DHL is an international shipper, you would have to somehow state
the "ships to" option and list an outside country. Sometimes I see
"Ships to: Japan, Russia and Israel" ( ex. ...
