Apparently a username was assigned to my husband's eBay account when he
created. It is cryptic and he cannot remember it. He would like to
change it to something easier to remember, but can't figure out how to
do it on the app
I can't login to my account using passwords. Thank goodness my
fingerprint login works. I have tried resetting the password & all
indications are that I reset successfully, yet when I try the login I
get errors.
