I saw another user commented along the lines of this- Just tried this
method and it works, open Ebay through Google, NOT the Ebay app. Lets
you checkout with Paypal
This was a while ago but I'm interested to see what happened. I'm in the
same situation right now ordered something from a seller in VE and it
shipped the next day from Winit with a tracking number but even on the
Winit tracking site nothing shows up...
