I need to issue a partial refund with ebay managed payments.

I noticed some things I had listed are no where to be found to relist 

I forgot to edit the items weight. It was prefilled with ebay information.

So it actually weighs 9 lbs. I will be going in the whole after all fees. How would you handle this situation?
