I recently sold a cymbal to a customer but it had damage I didnt detect before shipping. Want to give them a partial refund. Have done this once or twice but forgot the procedure. Is it possible to do on my Ebay smartphone app? Thanks for your help.

I haven't paid yet so think the seller will retract it. I goofed up by not looking at the ad closer though, really don't want a cracked cymbal even if it sounds good. I already contacted eBay with the case so think I'm good. Thanks for your input tho...

Thanks. Have to double ck which Android I'm using but when Ebay used to have a spellcheck option on it's ad copy that worked fine. Not sure why bold italic and underline became more important than spellcheck.
