I also saw this post. Unfortunately, my email subject bar has no code in it. Just says "UPS Package Information -" followed by nothing else, so I was unsure. Though my email does look exactly like the one in that other post, so I am inclined to trust...

I bought the UPS label thru ebay itself. I called the UPS store, and they advised me to file the claim through ebay rather than the UPS website directly. Since the payout would go through ebay either way

Ah so the buyer may need to ship the package again? Or hand it over to whatever UPS store, for inspection Is there anything else I can do now to ensure a successful claim?
