I ordered a lot of laptop batteries that I REALLY NEED. Now it's blocked by GSP. Is there a way to get the item or im screwed? I hate GSP, that's the reason I almost stopped to buy on ebay, it's super expensive and there's always something going bad....

I bought an item when eBay offered 20% off on any purchase . Item arrived damaged and seller refunded me. Now I need to buy another one, do you think if I call eBay they will give me another 20% discount ?
