This is a case that was opened for a facial serum. Product had a 14 day
return policy and the buyer opened this case 23 days after they received
it. I feel like I'm talking to a crazy person...
I understand the return process perfectly... From previous and very
extensive experience, I know for sure that kind of **bleep** will turn
into a defect that will screw with my percentages. If this case would be
just a simple return dues to "changed ...
"You don't get a defect if you accept the return. Thought you said you
understood the returns process?" It's not a "return" it's an "item not
as described" case.
There's nothing wrong with the product she received. She destroyed the
packaging and claims that it's expired. I have a case full of the same
product with a purchase order from the manufacturer and all of them are
fresh, fully in tact and not expired...
I wouldn't mind accepting the return, but she's claiming it as an "item
not as described" and that will already go in my metrics as a "defect"
even if I accept it. Also, why am I supposed to pay for her return
shipping label if she's clearly lying?I ...
