My package that was sent to the Global Shipping Program in Erlanger, Kentucky was delivered by USPS to CINCINNATI, OH 45235 instead.Is this normal?

Thank you for your reply.Did the fact that the package was delivered to a different address postponed the processing time?On Pitney Bowes tracking page or eBay tracking, I don't see that they received the package.Did it happen to you as well?
