I have a buyer, which is not responding to any of my messages since the day he won the auction. I needed his confirmation about the color and the model he wanted, and I have sent him couple of messages since he paid for the order But he never replied...

Does anyone can help me to find the option to Change the Listing duration for FIXED format. Default, it has selected as "Good 'till Cancelled", which cannot change..please help.
is it always better to offer FREE SHIPPING to all customers, by adding the shipping cost to the selling price?
