I just got charged $22 for a UPS shipping adjustment, I want to dispute
this charge. No reason is given and I correctly weigh and measure all
packages before shipping.
I bought the label through eBay, which means they are the UPS account
holder, which should mean they should be responsible or at least act as
a intermediary between me and UPS.
I shipped a poster tube contained in a box. Is there seriously an extra
$22.90 because the box is too long? I'm aware of irregular packaging
surcharges which is why I ship in a box rather than a tube.
