I am out of town and the item is over due for shipping. Can I send copy

I sold a textbook December 16th on Half.com. Tracking shows that book
was received by customer on December 23rd. I understand that Half.com
pays every two weeks but in one more week it will be a month since I
sold this item. Can someone help? Karen
Just about a week ago I opened a second ebay account. Not a store. Never
have had a ebay store. What is interesting to me is that my old one is
messed up. I cant see how many views etc...Never been on this forum til
