I do feel the same way about work ethics. And I definitely agree with
your earlier comment about USPS need...
So true! That's a whole other issue, isn't it!! And on top of that, I
still don't get why us sellers have to refund customers when USPS loses
their package or puts it in the wrong mailbox. I mean, is USPS

The high expense of using UPS or FedEx would be terrible for us, but I
would love to be able to do it and let them know they lost us! Our
average shipping weight per item is roughly 6 ounces, so $4 is a lot
easier for us than, say, $9 or $10 or more.
