It is interesting to note that yours may have been triggered by a
refund, as I believe I also issued a partial refund a couple months ago
as a shipping discount. The glitch may involve a lack of recognition on
ebay's end of this refund being paid off...
This is happening to me too. The 1st tier support keeps reiterating the
