As a buyer, I have no problem with this newer/test system. I just got
tossed into this test system today but it has one big flaw: you cannot
choose Pay-in 4 on paypal unlike when purchasing with a BIN. Apparently
this is rolling out to standard aucti...
I absolutely hate this feature as a buyer because it prevents me from
using PayPal Pay-in-4. requires a full up-front payment which I wont do.
Keep this in mind.
