Depending on the cost of the item. You can.. Call eBay and explain that
you have no idea how the item is not as described and wait for the case
to close - then appeal if you loseAsk the buyer to send the item back (I
am guessing with no return policy...
Every time I call eBay I get a different answer. So I installed an app
on my phone that records conversations and when I get someone telling me
something different, I just open the app and play the recording for them
and ask them to pull up their rec...
For future reference, I have an exclusion list that prevents buyers from
purchasing my items if they are PO Boxes, Hawaii, etc.. You can set it
up in your account or do it individually each time you list an item.
