get message after 30 days with buyer saying wants a return label to send
back a router that he said arrived damaged I have a 14 day return policy

I sold this buyer a new router with free shipping now says it didnt work
after a month how do I know buyer did not download the software or not
know how to hook up correctly or even thinking bought a modem not a
router how is that a sellers fault???
