I am enrolled and have made several purchases over the past few months
and have not recieved any Ebay Bucks. Why is that? I tried to contact
ebay but the chat person keeps asking if I purchased items and did not
get paid and that is not the isssue.
Why is it so hard to get Feedback from buyers and Sellers on eBay. I
think it is only common eBay courtesy to leave Feedback for your
transactions to help your fellow eBayers build their scores while they
help you.
