Listing not showing on Traffic/ Active listing

A listing I posted shows up in Seller Hub listings, but doesn't show up in Active Listings under Traffic, what's the reason?

I paid for an item 9 days ago, seller still has not shipped item. I paid using paypal, so the payment went through immediately, I have contacted the seller about this. But he do not reply to me. Please give me a solution!
