Reverse a order cancelation request

I requested a cancelation on an item I am selling, but it was on the wrong item. How can I reverse the request?

Buyer isnt able to send payment

I have a buyer who is trying to send me a payment for the item i sold to them, and it wont let her send it and saying its been sold. I accepted a counter offer she sent me and i havent done anything with it sense. How can she get the payment to me?
