There is a seller who has make an offer as one of the buying choices,
but, they never accept a lower amount than what they listed the item
for. Isn't this a violation? Thank you.
If you sell something on eBay and you get paid, how do you receive the
money? Is it sent to your PayPal account? Or is it sent to your email
address? ??
