Would not advise to use the buyer's shipping account because you don't
have control where the shipment will go. If you print labels on eBay (or
Paypal) or whatever shipping company you choose, you have full control
of the shipment and you are protect...
I think best is contact Paypal directly by phone, instead of sending
emails.You can get a live person.Any issues you may have "maybe" resolve
