i would like to go back and review my past years sales, how do i find them? the dashboard only goes back 3 monthsthanks

just starting out in ebay and i have 10 items per month limit. but on my selling menu on the bottom it says a promotional offer of 50 items without fees and shows i have 40 items to list left. can someone clarify this for me? thanks tc
