Was given a full refund for a return but never got a label to return it. Will i get in trouble since i havent been able to return it?

How long before the money that was refunded shows up. Its saying i was fully refunded to the card account i used but it has not shown up and my paypal says i have no refunds. I received a ebay email saying its already taken place.
