I use Ebay global shipment program for all foreign orders. It ships to
an address in Kentucky. I get my regular US shipping charge. They handle
the paperwork and shipping fees from there. A lot less hassle.
I noticed that and do mainly auctions anymore. Their format is getting
to be similar to a sales magazine. Won't be long they will charge you a
fee if you cancel. Ebay sucks.
