hey does anyone know y I cant select "used" when I'm trying to list a item? it will only let me select new & that's not the case...

Pre paid cellphone​ minutes

I purchased a pre paid card to add service to my cellphone. I used the card and everything was fine. Two months ​later my phone was shut off because the seller did something to cancel my payment.

My item has not shipped & I get no response from the seller.

So I bought a DVD back on August 14th and paid for it the same day. When I check the status it says "paid, but not shipped" I sent the seller a message 2 days ago and asked them if they would message new back & let me know possibly when it will ship....
