I am seriously considering dropping off of ebay...to many unscrupulous sellers using ebay as a platform to rob ppl.....then its very difficult to recover.......im being robbed continuously......where is the protection??

purchased an i phone 11 listed as parts only.....fully unlocked....icloud account removed.....no returns......purchased and repaired the phone to find out it is locked.....seller insisting phone is unlocked......end result.....I got conned......don't...

purchased an Iphone 11 clearly listed as unlocked........it is locked with passcode......not given the option to file a claim against seller.....what are my options......negative feedback does nothing to alleviate my loss.
