I've realized that I need to add some details to my buyer requirements on each listing. I'd like to add things like, 'Payment due within 24 hours of order' and 'Non payment will result in cancelation' - can anyone explain how to do this? Thanks

I recently had an issue signing in. When I contacted support they asked me for my DOB. Turns out that somehow they have it wrong. I've been trying to update it on eBay but can't find any information on how to do it. Can anyone help?
