Where is the link on the Leave Feedback page to Edit Stored Comments? I have about 5 or 6 that pop up and I'd like to change/delete a few.I have a basic business account, but not Sales Manager Pro. Did something change out from under me?

Winning buyer tells me (seller) they can't pay. Checkout tells them I can't ship to their address. We are both in USA. What's happening here?
