Is there a way that I can change the communication time of the Offer / Message received from PDT to EST.

Suggest alternative of eBay turbolister for export active items list

Last few moths we noticed that ebay charge items revise fee. Why it? Even we have already paid Insertion fees during the listing.. i just revise the saeeling price and ebay charged $ 0.10 ...Please see the attached document Thank you----
