I purchase an item and it does not match the description, the seller accepted my return request , butwill not furnish me a return label and it states in his return policy that the seller will pay return shipping.

I filed a Certificate of Exemption with Ebay June 1st and they approved it, they quit charging Sales Tax until Oct. 13 and then they started adding it to the purchase, I contacted them twice thru Message. No answersand of course no Phone Calls. Anybo...
