I refunded an order by mistake - it was only supposed to be the shipping amount. Finally my Paypal received the funds and I was able to go in there to send the refund. Now i have a message from Ebay that the whole order was refunded. Help!

A customer wants a refund on the shipping of items they bought due to damage of product. How do I refund just the shipping? Also, I used the cancel order steps on Ebay, and when it was done it said the whole order was cancelled!

Hello, It's ebay user franc_thorp I received this message and realize it's not valid. I had another offer just like this about a month or so ago, and Ebay helped me resolve it. I don't ship outside the US. So again, do I reply to this or just ignore ...
